Comments:
I was going to do 400s on the track because it was unlocked, but after I went home to get my spikes it was locked. I used the bowl that I ran on during cross country season instead. Ran 1:53, 1:51, 1:50, 1:48, 1:48. 1 minute recovery. Felt pretty good. Couple strides afterwards.
