paced elaine on her mile repeats. i wasn't sure i was going to do all of these but i'm glad i did. hit the paces right where i needed to on the first one, a little off on the second, but for some reason only on the third hundred of any of the laps. aimed for 5:20 on the first 2, 5:30 on the third. kind of tired, can tell i'm not in amazing shape. i really didn't need to do a 2 mile cooldown, especially since i'm only shooting for 25 this week and i'm at like 17 after today. probably cross-training tomorrow.
