Weather: almost 60, nice morning

Comments:
Woke up and lifted early, per usual. Knee is OK, though I think I felt it while sleeping -- another bad sign. :| However with lifting activities it was quite manageable. I noticed that this morning -- after last night's massage work -- the knee cap didn't "sweak" with bending (putting hand pressure on it), so that's ALSO a good thing. I don't think any joint/tendon is supposed to f-ing SQUEAK or CREAK.

The morning bike was OK but hard! The air in my tires, especially the rear, are super-low making biking much tougher. That and I'm still a bit tired from the weekend, so it was a good workout this morning. Did some massage and icing to the quad/knee afterwards.

Hit up Residence this morning and they FINALLY had french toast again! I just HAMMERED IT. SOOO GOOD! And even yummier that it's FREE. Ha. Awesome.

I'm optimistic about the knee. I'm hoping it's simply the combo of the huge run/being trashed, a still-healing knee cap, and the bash it took. I sincerely hope with full rest today, massage/stretch to the quad, and a light rest-of-the-week it'll be OK. A guy can hope.
