Yes another workout. 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 500, 400, 300, 200. Didn't run them all out. Pretty pissed right now, and feel like just running on my own because I don't want to injure myself further. So much for easing back into things. I'm just going to talk to the coaches tomorrow.
