Comments:
3x1 mi repeats, supposed to be in 5:20. I'm very happy with this workout. felt pretty easy, which it should i guess because i had so much rest, but i was able to be basically sub 5:30 on them which was my goal. I really really liked doing the last one in spikes. its not even that they are lighter, its just i had a hard time running on my toes in flats.

3x200m in 34, 34, 33, felt easy.

My stomach was a bit of a problem today.
