Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
was trying to balance the need to run and the desire to attempt sustained sprints (over half mile) on tired legs.
Warmed up on Stone Way and held 32 mph surges after the hill to simulate a final push/ last two turns in the criterion. I think a hard 7 mile run and then some hills is akin to a short road race...? :)
*Maybe I should start the taper...
