WU 2miles to NRV, drills
4*1000, 1st 2 @ tempo (3:16 w/ 1:00 rest), then spiked up and 2nd 2 fast (2:56 w/ 3:00 rest) followed by 4*200s @ :38 w/ 200jog.
CD 2miles, stretch, 2*buddies from 10, abs
Can't put the intervals in because blackberry can't run the running-log scripts. Will update later.
