Comments:
4 miles with Tim and Link. Striders + recovery afterward.
Running March for Marfan tomorrow. Coach wants me sub 16:40....I want me a lot faster than that. Honestly, I have no idea how this will turn out. Hopefully there's some sort of prize, like a gift certificate to some restaurant. That would make a good date. There should be no competition, so it will basically be a time trial. 5:20 first mile, then try to pick it up for the next two.
