Comments:
Worked the hills, hip flexors and hamstrings still felt a little empty on gas but also was moving a lot faster than I thought. Was just letting my legs carry me and moved well. Probably shouldn't have gone that fast but it was good to get movement going like this again. Opening miles were 6:40 and 6:25, closed with a 6:10 uphill.
