Comments:
Knee hurt from the get go. Adopted a new strategy. Ran fast to not have my knee and foot hurt. It worked. Was able to do one loop in 40 min. Knee still hurt and the foot did a little but overall I was pretty happy compared to what happened last week for 21 miles.
