Weather: 60 no wind, perfect for a night 10k

WU 2mi w/ Ontko, CD 2mi SLOW w/ Ontko, Cromer. 8pm race under the lights.
80 74 77 77 (5:09) 77 75 77 78 (5:10) 78 77 77 79 (5:13) 79 79 80 79 (5:19) 80 81 82 81 (5:24) 79 79 79 79 (5:19) 74 (32:48). 5k splits 16:12, 16:36.
planned on sticking with Robert, but that was before he ran a 31:45. with Robert at 2 miles, 6ish seconds off at 3 miles then he started rolling. stuck with an Indiana Wesleyan kid named "Sean" as I learned from him being yelled at lap after lap by his coach. made the first of my goals (sub 33:00) but not the second (never split an 80 (5:20 / 33:20 pace)), but I put enough time in the bank early on that it didn't matter too much. If I run a 10k again, a reasonable goal would be 32:20 and a lofty goal would be sub 32:00. Overall B+.
Still can't believe I was sick all week, felt it during the race but I don't believe it affected me too much besides grossing out the occasional spectator. thanks Case mid-D for sticking around.
