South Eugene + 200s at SEHS

Comments:
Like a good ol' fashioned Midwest spring day: sunny but windy as HELL.

Wasn't sure what I was gonna do today: short track workout, none? At first I was gonna run to Sheldon for some short repeats, but I decided against that and ran the PRE + S Eugene loop. Thought about doing a bit of tempo and some 200s, but I was SUPER TIRED. Instead I did 4x200s.

WITH the wind, I was FINALLY able to break 32, but barely. Tons of effort, but I rolled 32., 32., 31., and 30-point. TIRED. Slogged it back to work...

Probably not the best decision to front-load after that 2x10K. Rest is coming, though...
