Comments:
we did a 1 1/4 warmup through green acres
To the track with 4 x 50 strides..
7 x 1000's @ 7:00 pace (4:24) each
with 3:00 recoveries in between
the last 1000 the girls ran 3:45 and then did a 40 ,30, 20 to close out the day..covering 500 meters..

the mid distance girls also ran with us.. doing 2x 1000's.. 2x 500'..1 x 1000's and 2 x 400's closing with a 40,30,20
