warm up to track, 12x400 at tempo pace (85, 88, 88, 88, 88, 87, 88, 86, 87, 87, 87, 86), 4x200 at race pace (35.8, 39.8, 35.6, 36.2), 2 mi cool down w ckells and phil.
pretty easy workout. i'm excited to possibly run a 5k in a couple weeks!
