Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, sunny

Comments:
Worked out the calf a bit this AM: before leaving for work, before the run. Felt sore but better.

Run went "OK" -- no significant pain in the R calf until after I stopped to lift at Anytime, then it was TECH on the last few min back to work.

But I'm quite certain I'm still deranging: felt some R foot sx on the run, then more in the PM at work: R heel, etc. F. Gonna try a bunch of L rotation after work tonight...

May or probably will NOT run again today -- though I need to... Biking's a bad idea, as well.

SIDE NOTE: I FORGOT my running shoes today, but thank God I had those Mizunos in the car. They felt TERRIFIC!
