Veale, Murray Hill, Mayfield, Mather Quad, MLK
With Cromer, Dave, and Grese, weather much improved from the morning, got started a little late due to Cromer but no problem, drills

20 min steady-state @5:35-5:40 pace, felt a little tougher than it should, Grese stuck with us for the whole time with some encouragement

MLK, East, E108, Wade Park, E115, Bellflower, Mather Quad, Quad, Veale
With Dave, Cromer went straight back since he had to poop, Dave resisted saying, "Hi" to everyone on our way back to Veale, stretch, 40 Ibis
