Ran home from the high school! I had a spike bag, even though it wasnt heavy, it still added a bit (if ounces on spikes add up to 55 lbs for a mile, i wonder how much this would be!). Calfs really tight after yesterday, everythings a little iffy, but i wanted to get as much in before Chicago as possible because I'm not sure if theres gonna be any time to run at all (2 potential times, but dont know if its gonna happen). I'm pretty worried about taking 4 days off but I'll do strength stuff at night/in the morning if its possible. Happy break!!!
