I had to take a dump after about a mile of warm up so that kind of sucked, but other than that and the huge blister I got on my left heal/achilles it was a pretty good day. I wanted to go 5:40 5:20 5:00, but I got a little excited on the first one I guess so I ended up going 5:27 5:19 4:57.
