Workout day 2: The harder one... But real good

Went into this feeling pretty bad. I was tired and not generally in a good mood. Finished feeling great. Just crusing these intervals. Lifted a little at the end of the second sets's 8 and 4 but other than that nothing really pushing. The kicker is we ran real fast.
Workout was: 2 sets of 800 in 2:10 to 2:15, 800 jog, 400 in 64, 200 jog, 2x200 in 30ish with 200 jog in between.
Splits: 2:12.6, 62.8, 30.9, 30.6, 2:05.8, 59.5, 29.xx, 28.xx (Watches memory full for last 2 2's)
Awsome splits for how I felt. Not pushing at all just crusing at that speed.
