Comments:
Great workout!! Did 2*(800, 400, 200, 200) with 800 jog btwn the 8 and 4, 200 jog btwn everything else, and 5 min rest (was prob more like 7-8) btwn sets. goal times were 2:30-2:35, 79, 35. actual times were:
800 - 2:30
400 - 78
200 - 34
200 - 33

800 - 2:26
400 - 76
200 - fast
200 - fast!

was very pleased with the times and how (relatively) comfortable it felt to run them. Natalia, Cindy and I were very impressed with ourselves, haha. We spent the majority of the time after the second 800 talking about how awesome we are.
