It was a beautiful evening. My legs felt better for the first time since this weekend. I feel like I should do a track workout, but it's hard for me to be motivated when I don't know what i'm training for. It is easier just to do a distance run. Not sure if I want to try and do some shorter track race or run some longer road races or run a couple more 5ks.
