Comments:
Pretty good run. Kept it as easy as I could, but still focus on a good "push-pull". Still rolled pretty quick. R calf was totally fine; if anything the L was a bit sore.
Stopped near the disc course for a deuce. Pretty uneventful except for the rain and wind, which sucked. No lifting 'til this PM.
