Haven't crossed-trained in awhile, none of my preferred type of elliptical were available, so I decide to hop on a bike, listened to the greatest hits of CAKE, impressed with my mental focus of not checking constantly how much time I had remaining, saw Grogan join me on an elliptical, when I got off the bike, my hamstrings were incredibly sore, hope that it is just that I haven't biked in awhile, lvl 10, avg rpm 94, avg HR 142, max HR 160, perfect weather for cross-training, stretch, lift, Bear+5
