Comments:
Wanted to go a relaxed pace but ended up picking it up, like always, as I progressed. Definitely kept it under control though and didn't drop to sub 6's at all because I'm doing the workout tomorrow morning. Hopefully this doesn't wear me out too much for the workout. Felt a little tired from which was a bit surprising given I normally feel like I'm not doing anything during these runs. Also a good wind blowing which messed with me a bit.
