Comments:
So I was planning on running a 5k today. So I hit the 5k button on the treadmill, leaving it on level one and figuring I'd be able to manually control the pace. It starts out at 4.5 mph, so I turn it up to level ten, going 7 mph. And then it decides it wants to go 10 mph, which I only managed to go for about ten seconds before I freaked out. So, I decided to just finish the mile I was on and then do a mile cool down and call it a day. Le sigh.
