Comments:
went at 4 with 5k/10k group. this was wasnt that bad, im feeling a lot better now. i did lose a lot, but at least i can get something. excited with where this season is going to go.

Did a warm up to the track. graveyard 20 minutes pushing it. the did a mile on the Michigan loop. was supposed to do two, felt it would be good to not. felt a little tight while striding to catch grese. then warm down back to veale for stretch and ice.
