Comments:
Bad race. Didn't feel very good even after the first 200 and started to drop back. Thought I might have gotten DQ'ed because I slipped on the rail and stepped off the track, tried to get back on and slipped again. Dehydrated maybe(hadn't drank anything since breakfast). Didn't push it to hard after that and lost motivation to run. Kind of disappointing to run so slow in a race I could have won. Oh well, guess I'm just getting used to the mileage.
