Weather: sunny but cool

Comments:
Met at the Princeton Community Pool parking lot at 8 o clock. The entire varsity team is still at camp so I led the JV guys through 18 hills. Did the normal 2.5 mile warmup, then hills, then cooled down for 2.5 miles. I felt pretty drained for the first half of the workout, but my legs felt snappier once they were warmed up. We skipped up the hill every 5th repeat. Today was my first day back on concrete this week. My shins felt fine even though I was very conscious about it. Yoshio's brother looked great-he's a great new addition to the team.
