Comments:
Longest run this year, kicked like Khannoch for the last 3 miles (6:30-7 range). Used Perpetuem paste with about 20 ozs of water, worked well. Got a little crampy the 1st hit, probably needed to sip more water with it. Good trial with fuel though.
