Really wet outside so just ran the warm up on the zig zags and the track. Could still feel the knee, but wasn't incredibly painful. Started off with a 150 second run which felt awful even coming through in 70. Then a 50 second run, 3X200, and 3X~150. Surprised the knee didn't feel so bad doing that. However, I still have no footspeed(SURPRISE!!!). Jogged a slow cool down. Tried to get ice after practice, but the football coach wouldn't let me in. Lifted instead.
