ACDC workout, 800, 1000, 800, 1000, 800, 1000, 600. Ran 2:10, 3:45, 2:18, 3:35, 2:15, 3:35, 1:31. felt relaxed the whole workout, started to fall apart the last 100 of the 6, but otherwise in control most of the workout.
