FIRST WORKOUT IN FOREVER!!! AHHH!!!!

got to do my first workout since before cross conference in October... holy cow. it was 2 x 1600 at 7:00-7:15, with 3 min between. a modified tempo for out of shape people haha. ran with Maggie and we were below pace, but very consistent. she made me feel tall, which is something strange i noticed while running. but anyways, the run felt great! and by great i mean i was wheezing like i had emphysema, but my knees felt fine. the inside of my right one was a little sore by the end and my foot kind of hurt when i was done too. ice bathed.
