Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Steady run, wanted to get back in a rythm. Felt kind of stiff probably from sitting yesterday//not having enough time to stretch or warmup on the previous morning runs. Went down macarthur a bit and back, nothing interesting. Hoping for longer tomorrow since i took a day off thursday and sunday, figure want to be fresh for wednesdays 300s.
long stretch, crunches, pushups, clams, superman afterwards!

ps. Chicago is the optimal place for running. Miles and miles and miles of trials/paths. Unfortunately I wasnt able to experience them because I was on a bus looking out the window wishing i was running on them. I hope to go back someday (when its warm) to run them. its good to be home to warm weather!
