Exercise Type: Run
Weather: chilly, but not too bad once i started running
Comments:
i went with jarred brendan ryan tim and austin. we went over the rusty bridge by the highway and then ran on the railroad track by the highway all the way to gibson, then we went up and on to the gibson bridge and ran back to east on the dike. i started to get behind the guys when we reached the dike cause they were going rediculously fast and it was supposed to be an easy long run. then i did a cooldown after i finished. i mapped it on google earth and it came up to about 5 and a half miles in 37 min
