Comments:
No run on Saturday, couldn't find a reason to run 1.3 miles. Went long today, stopped off at JCU in the middle of it for a few minutes.

Kind of busted out the last mile. Its something I like to do every once in a while. Just rolled through it somewhere around 5:30-5:45 pace. Felt good.
