PRE + VRC w/Matt

Weather: mid 50s, rain

Comments:
Slept in 'til 10 since I was on the horn with BECKS 'til 3AM. :s Did a bunch of errands -- called mom and Beekz, ironed, made the week's lunches, and started my broccoli soup. Matt/Sara came home early afternoon, so I waited to run with him.

Did a longer version of VRC from last week. The plan was more half-M pace, but Matt was dehydrated and feeling like shit. We pushed it on the way back, but not nearly as fast: 6:50s at first, then busting a 6:32 last mile.

My legs felt SO-SO. Had to do some weird lacing to acommodate my L ankle. It's the extensor tendons -- tight shin muscles, I guess.

Went to work after the run to work on the talk for the roller derby girls, then over to BECKS' new place. :)
