hurdle workout

Comments:
waited for carter and then warm up to track. 3 x 1000 first 800 at 80's over 2 hurdles (i left out the barriers. then kill it on the last 200. was tough remembered what it was like to steeple. hit 320 for all of them. thats a 1000 flat. real tired after stumbled back to veale and did hurdle drills. no run tomorrow

not going to depauw. not ready yet. everything takes its time. owu looks good. hopefully i can be back down to the times i want by allegheny and empires.
