Comments:
I went at a moderate to hard pace on the way up, running with almost every person on the team at some point. I felt surprisingly good most of this run despite feeling like crap when we started. My legs were sore coming back down the hill, although we more or less cruised back down and I somehow managed to positive split again. This was another solid run and I think I had a pretty solid camp, maybe even a little better than last year.
