Veale, Murray Hill, Mayfield, Mather Quad, MLK With Grogan and Grese, we headed out a bit early because of an evening test, drills

2*2mi tempo w/2 min recovery, first mile with Grogan in 5:22, he turned around because he was only doing one repeat, I continued on, saw Leanne on the way out and Tim and Brandon on the way back, second interval at even splits, splits: 11:03, 5:18, pit stop at the tennis court porta-johns

Talked to Coach about the tempos, told her that my legs felt fresher than last week but still not 100%, she modified the workout to a 800 w/the first 4 @75 and then try to negative split, split a 79 and Coach stopped me and told me to take tomorrow completely off, don't know if I quite agree but hope it helps me physically because mentally, I don't like days off

Back to Veale, stretch, 40 Ibis, talked to Coach later in the night and found out that I might not be racing this weekend and the choice will be made Thursday afternoon, no one will take my spot, and I am to take my resting HR tomorrow morning and Thursday morning
