Cemetary Repeat 1000's...ish

Weather: Cold....BOO

Comments:
Ran a strength workout in the cemetary. CoachL wanted to get off the track for this and to work some hill strength in so thats why it was in the cemetary. For some reason I erased my watch before I logged this but the workout was 5x3min intervals with 2min recovery around the cemetary taking maximum advantage of the hills. After we did 6x30 second repeats with a jog back down. Kinda pissed I erased my watch.
