3*12 DB Front Shoulder Raise(10)/12 Bar Military Press(45)/15 Bar Curls(25)/20 Bench Dips/15 Decline Pushups followed by 30 sec Left Running Arms(5)/50 crunches/Right Running Arms(5)/50 bicycles
Took today completely off from running and cross-training per Coach's order, figured I could do this lift because I didn't involve my legs, ice bath unavailable, so I just rolled my legs out afterwards, resting HR was 58 this morning, legs feel OK, and I am looking forward to a good workout tomorrow or an enjoyable easy run with Elaine depending on what Coach decides
