Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Beautiful! Ran with my shirt off. Absolutely perfect day
Comments:
So this run was definitly faster than it should have been but I don't think its bad for several reasons.
1. Were not doing a strength workout this week which worries me a bit so pushing this isn't that bad.
2. It wasn't actually tempo pace so thats good.
3. I feel completely unphased by the run. I actuall feel better now than I did last night.
4. We only have 4 quarters tomorrow so it should be pretty easy.
5. I felt tired all day and the run felt fine.
So definitly a good run. Just ran and jammed. Knew I was running fast when I passed Coventry in 13:40 but just kinda kept running. I didn't feel bad. So I just kept jamming to my ipod and kept running how I felt.
