12 x 60m striders in driveway

Ran tough course around my house. Abs I think got strained at the gym the other day, too much weight. Also increased in shoulders the other day and my arms were useless on the run, really gave me value for having fluid arm motion.

Overall I was just completely off yesterday and a tough course didn't help anything.

Shins are improving but still bothered me every now and again.
