Weather: beautiful, shirtless weather all the way

not exactly what i planned to do today. i was just going to show up, do the day 1 lift, run a quick, easy four, and then head off to work on a paper. not so fast. grese was going down to lift too, so i did what he was doing. after that, i decided to wait until 11:30 to run when he and cromer were doing a workout, just planning on doing their warmup with them and then running around a little on my own. i decided to do the first part of their workout with them instead.

veale to the track then to mlk. drills. 2 mile steady state. grese said he wanted to go about 6 and i was going to go with him. ended up doing the first in 5:45, the second in 5:50 even after a conscious effort to slow down a bit. wind at our backs the whole time out to the 2 mile mark. jogged back up mlk, and i left to go back to veale as they went to the track.

felt good overall, really tired now though. glad i did this as its the only workout-esque run i'll have this week. static 3, abs, ice bath.
