Our final practice before everyone departs for Spring Break.. We had a good Workout today..
10 minute warmup..Then 2 x 4:00 minutes @ 6:30 pace with 2:00 ez recovery jogs in between.. we turned around @ South Town Blvd. and did 2 x 2:00 minutes @ 6:00 pace with 2:00 minute recoveries..
we finished with 2 miles very ez cooldown..
Since this group is running @ Marshall Co. tomorrow evening I cut the workout back of what I intended... Hopefully they will be somewhat fresh..
