Pace Quarters.... But not really

Comments:
Really warm today did pretty much everything outside. Workout today was 4xquarter at goal mile pace. Had trouble hitting these in a good way. Although from the way I felt running them I'm pretty sure I can't run the pace I averaged on Saturday. Still the goal is win and hopefully sub 4 so thats alright. The wind was pretty bad but didn't have too much trouble hitting the paces. Legs felt a little sluggish from my run yesterday but whatev. Should be good by Saturday since there wasn't much today.
