i did my warmup. then i started with the guys. it was a no shirt day. we were going really hard and it was supposed to be an easy run so this time i decided to drop off cause it was pointless to go that fast. brendan and nick came too. we went around market street and a bunch of places, then we went back to east. my hip really is hurting and i cant do striders because when i do them the pain from my hip shoots to my calf and cramps it.
