i wwent on a warmup aroiund the track. during speed d my hip was hurting pretty bad. i did my 400s with tim austin and brendan. i was supposed to be hitting 77s. my first two were off because my hip would not let me go any faster, but it started to loosen up and i felt good for the rest of them. after i finished, i went on a short cooldown and then took two ice bathhs when i got home. one in the tub and one in my pond. also did 8 min abs
