Weather: sunny and hot
Comments:
tried to get a group together to do a run and a kenny session, with possible dodgeball after, but i ended up gettin there late and just got to do some drills/gauntlet type thing. then dodgeball fell through so we played ultimate instead. it was really fun, and mcdonalds after was too. gotta love a little xc renunion with dave knight, kpel and the guys. got me motivated to actually run more, lol.ill just put a few miles to go with the time from the gauntlet stuff (3 sets of 3 at bernon, 15 puchupes btwn each), along with my one lap of mount while waiting for the guys
