First race of the day. Felt okay for the first few minutes on the warm up. Got out to a bad start tried to work my way up, but then my legs locked up by like 600 in. Pretty much just gave up after the first mile after seeing my slow ass splits. Went on a long cool down around Boonsboro to chill out. Ran barefoot around the grass field for 5 minutes in the middle. Then ran like another 13 minutes later because I was bored.
